How discounts work
- Automatic promotions — added when your booking meets the vendor’s rules (for example booking certain services together). No code needed.
- Promo codes — you enter a code at checkout. Public codes may be listed; private codes must be typed exactly.
- Your total updates before you pay. Eligible savings also apply when you pay a deposit.
Tips while you book
Some vendors run bundle or volume offers. While you select services, you may see short messages like “Add another class to unlock 10% off.” These hints show what is still needed before an automatic discount applies.
Public and private codes
- Public codes may appear in the checkout coupon section when you are eligible.
- Private codes are not listed—you must enter them yourself.
- Usually only one public code can be applied at a time unless the vendor allows stacking.
Enter a promo code
- 1Build your booking and open the payment or checkout step.
- 2Check for listed public codes, or enter your private code.
- 3Apply the code and review the updated total.
- 4Confirm payment. Automatic promotions should already be in the total even without a code.
If a discount does not apply
Common reasons
The offer may not have started yet, may be expired, or may have reached a usage limit. It might apply only to certain services, need a minimum spend, need services booked together (bundle), or need a minimum quantity (volume). Another stronger discount may already be in use.
