How savings are applied

  • Auto applied promotions — added automatically when your cart or booking meets the vendor’s rules (for example booking specific services together or reaching a minimum quantity). No code is required.
  • Promo codes — you enter a code at checkout. Public codes may be listed for you to apply; private codes must be typed exactly as provided.
  • Your total is updated before you pay. Eligible auto promotions and applied codes both reduce what you owe.

Promo hints while you book

Some vendors run bundle or volume promotions. While you select services or classes, you may see short messages such as “Add another class to unlock 10% off” or “Book with X for a combo discount.” These hints show what is still needed before an auto promotion applies.

Public vs private promo codes

  • Public codes may appear in the checkout coupon section when you are eligible.
  • Private codes are not listed—you must enter them manually.
  • Only one public code can usually be applied at a time unless the vendor allows stacking.

How to apply a promo code

  1. 1Build your booking and open the payment or checkout step.
  2. 2Check for listed public codes, or enter your private code in the promo field.
  3. 3Apply the code and review the updated total.
  4. 4Confirm payment. Auto applied promotions should already be reflected in the total even without a code.

If a code or promotion does not apply

Common reasons

The offer may not have started yet, may be expired, or may have reached its per-client or overall usage limit. It might apply only to certain services, require a minimum order total, need specific services booked together (bundle), or need a minimum number of items (volume). A stronger non-stackable promotion may already be in use, or only one public code may be allowed.
